Right of return

When purchasing products you have the option to return it within 14 days. In the meantime it is important that you treat the product and the packaging carefully. You can return the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition and packaging.

The paid amount of the products will be paid back as soon as possible and within 14 days of the return.

Pre-orders or personalized items will be shipped by order as soon as the Item is in.

Report complaints/problems

Of course, it’s very annoying if you have a complaint about one of our products. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass your complaint to the “Customer Service” department. You can do this by e-mail or post.

Our staff members of the Customer Service department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will respond to your complaint within 2 days.
